Source user column is empty under the monitor tab - traffic logs. We have checked all the settings from our end and couldn't see anything wrong with that.
It was working before, no changes been made. Noticed it stopped working recently.
No proxy server in use.
Traffic is not NAT'ed before it traverses the firewall.
Do we need to restart any process?

You could try to restart the management service, other than that its call support from what I can tell.
Via a ssh CLI enter the following: debug software restart management-server
It will drop your ssh sessions since that is part of the management server, however the data will continue to flow.
It could also be a bug in teh code yo uare running. Check the release notes of newer releases to see if there is a fix.
