Is possible to upgrade storage from 160ssd to 320gb or more? Does Palo Alto offers storage bay upgrade?

Does this also applies with PA-3000 series? Since it is also SSD like PA-5000 series.

Yes it is. The process of doing this upgrade is documented here:

Look under the section "Upgrading from a Single 120GB SSD to a Single 240GB SSD", if you are using just one disk.

As far as I know, 120GB and 240GB disks are supported, but I might be wrong

Does this also applies with PA-3000 series? Since it is also SSD like PA-5000 series.

No, This does not applies with PA-3000 Series.

Not applicable

SSD upgrade is only available on 5000-series.
