Submitting Suggestions

While creating some File Blocking Profile, I discovered a particular file type I wanted to block was not available.  After searching the KnowledgePoint, I came to the realization, that we can't simply add a file type.  Other discussions, pertaining to the same topic recommended submitting a suggestion for future release.  However, I can't seem to find how to do that.  I would like the ability to add a file extension to a file blocking profile.  Can you please tell me how to make such a suggestion?
