has 4.1.5 been withdrawn - I don't see it on the download page any longer though 4.1.4 and 4.1.6 are there.
if so, why?

4.1.5 was withdrawn for the 5000er series
because of this Bug:
39721/39603 –PA-5000 series devices with inter-VSYS, tunnel, or a shared gateway
configured experiencing some traffic loss.
which was fixed in 4.1.6
