Hello,
Impossible for me to connect to support portal after creating my account.
Tried to contact support but it redirect me to support portal where i'm not authorized to access...
Any idea how to unblock it ?

That is a pain! How do you open a ticket to get help opening a ticket? Thankfully, you can call. https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/company/contact-support
I have heard of crazy long wait times experienced by others, by I have had success most of the time.

As you said that's a pain, I can't open a ticket for my customer support portal account as i need a customer support portal account !
Will try to call but start to be quiet long !
I opened a case and i got a reply, they told me i don't have account but if i try to create a new one with my email address (the same that the one which gives me the unauthorized access). It tells me that the account alreay exists !
