System error "Retrieving Content "IOT" info failed"-Panorama

Anyway, one having any idea about the below error

 

'Retrieving Content 'IOT' info failed'

 

Error getting on Panorama however, the customer not having any  IOT license.

 

Please find the attached snap shot of the error.

I would follow the IoT Security Solution Setup

and verify that no steps have been made on the firewall to enable IoT.

Thank you so much for your response.

 

I also have some more finding regarding on this case.

 

In this case customer having HA panorama set up, however this  system alert is getting on the passive panorama only.

 

When i check the a Dynamic updates on both the Active and passive panorama , i have seen that the "Device dictionary" updates is not matching on the both the panorama.

 

is there any option to disable "Device dictionary" updates on panorama since customer is not using any IOT license.
