Hi,
Is the standard period for URL category changes approximately 1 business day? I thought this was the approximate turnaround however I have had 2 request exceed this time frame. Is there a fater method than using Palo Alto Networks URL Filtering - Test A Site or manual whitelisting? Thanks.

You can submit reclassification directly through the url log details or create a custom url whitelist.

Another possibility is they disagree with your reclassification request. If the issue is important or urgent you can open a case to get more specific answers.

I believe they have different levels of importance put on categories. For example if you submit something with the Malware category, it is typically turned around within an hour provided they agree.

I see a general turn around time of 24 hours, but I've had some take several days.

Brad is right, sometimes it can take more than 24 hours but if it takes more than few days and you don't get any notifications back, you should open a case to follow up.
