Too many IKE log in System log

Hi guys,

 

I've received call from my customer, and they said too many IKE log in System log.

until this time, there is no critical issue by this problem. (just little bit high DP CPU, maintain 40 %)

but I want to know why this problem occur.

 

anybody knows solution ?

There does not appear to be anything wrong with the FW.  The ike daemon on the FW is designed to log at the current logging level.

Here is my FW with VPNs.

Again, there is no "fix" for something is engineered to work/out like this.

@SoftMochi,

As @SteveCantwell said this is working 100% as designed. If the customer doesn't want to see informational events like this when they are looking at their logs they would need to build an appropriate query to exclude those results.
