Is there a way to track the status of open and resolved issues? The Release Notes describe issues that are resolved by the release and those that are still outstanding. I would like additional information such as the releases that are affected; the release where the issue was first discovered; and workarounds. This type of information is necessary in determining which release is appropriate for my site. Having a database of open issues would help in troubleshooting, as well.
Thanks

Hello,
Release Notes will be your best bet.
It gives you a list of addressed issues in different versions.
E.g. if you open release notes for 5.0.6 - it lists issues addressed in 5.0.6, 5.0.5, 50.x versions separately.
For open issues, please refer to Known issues. It shows the issues which are still open and being worked for the fix.
