Hi All,
I am able to download GP client software, But using the same credential not able to connect to portal, giving error : portal error - unable to connect to portal. Only through one machine i am able to connect to portal using same credentials what i have used for others.

Do you mean you can connect to GP portal from your browser for downloading GPAgent, but you can't connect to same IP with same credential from GPAgent?
If my understanding correct, how is your security policy?
The session from web-browser should be 'ssl' for application identification, though the session from GPAgent is 'ssl' at first, then it changes to 'panos-global-protect' even it is still TCP443 traffic.
I think we need more information to answer your question.
