Dear Team,
I am unable to login into palo alto support portal to raise a tac case for an ongoing issue. Getting the below error

if your account was created by super user account in your organization (Reference here: KB), then you should contact an admin of your accounts in your organization. It is possible that your account was set with expiry date.
If this is not the case, you should contact login assistance from this form: https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/login-assistance
Unfortunately, LIVEcommunity will not be able to help with login issue.
