Updates page fails to load through Panorama

Hi,

On certain firewalls (always the primary of an  HA pair), I get the following message when trying to load the dynamic  updates page via Panorama:

getRequest() error: 'Error: server proxy - failed to get response'

I've increased the timeout to/from panorama setting on  the device to 120 seconds, but this message stil pops up after about 15  seconds.

Any ideas on why this is happening and what I can do to remediate?

Hello Andrew,

Try increasing the timeouts on all the devices connected to panorama as well and see it that works.
