URL block page: import file error

Hello,

Im using a pa 4020 and i want to custom the blocking pages. Im trying with the URL block page but when i import the file is an error saying:

Error in parsing xml response.

Is something missing in my txt file? i will appreciate any suggestions?

Im using v.3.1.4. im going to upgrade the box to the last version of panos (4.0.5) but im not sure if is ok to do it directly or should i upgrade it first to a lower version?

you can upgrade directly to 4.0.5 from 3.1.4. You will need to download the 4.0.1 software image onto the device so that the software upgrade process can perform a few validation steps, but you do not need to install 4.0.1.
