I'm trying to get information and URLs of examples for the following categories:

Category	Action
cheating	allow
dead-sites	allow
dynamically-generated-content	allow
gross	allow
not resolved	allow
private ip address	allow
proxy avoidance	alert
questionable	allow

URL/IP Lookup | Webroot BrightCloud

This information is necessary to determine what action to take against these.
