Have successfully installed the UserAgent 4.1.2-2 and it is merrily discovering user authentication events. It is VERY keen to tell me all of this in the UaDebug.log file.
How do you reduce the verbosity - there's a "file" somewhere but it's not giving any hints?

Training notes and documents elsewhere on KnowledgePoint also say that the maximum number of DCs is 10 by default and that this can be adjusted by <max-dc>100</max-dc> (or whatever number - 100 being the upper limit). I added this manually but then it disappeared, but am (seemingly) successfully reading from 22 domain controllers. Is this still a requirement and where does it need to go in the UserIDAgentConfig.xml file? Does it persist if you run the GUI config tool?
Thanks
Matt

Hi...Inside the agent's GUI, go to the top, under the File menu ==> Debug and you can control the verbosity of the logs. Thanks.

So simple - thanks .... though there is possibly then a type in the initial RegKey that gets created on first install / run .... "DebufLevel" instead of "DebugLevel"

The training is based on 3.1 and is currently updated. The 4.1 User-ID Agent supports up to 100 DCs/Servers by default and this setting is actually obsolete.
