Hi every one
i faced this problem while configuring my Ldap profile on palo alto.
the connexion between palo alto and windows server 2012 is not effective.
the BASE do not appear. May somebody give me a help

Just manually specify your base DN in the text box and ignore the drop down all-together.

i specified the base DN manually but when i tested it to check if it works properly using group mapping i face an error

what service route is LDAP using, if default. are you sure the AD server can be reached from this port.
perhaps run wireshark on the AD server to see if packets on 389 are being received.
