User-ID Problems when I change the User on Group in AD.

Dear sirs,

I am facing a strange behavior in my network environment, as the identification of users, every time I change one User Group in my AD group to which he belonged fails to do correctly match the rule that created him and passes out by an "ANY" rule at the end of my policy rule. I've done the troubleshooting solving conventional problems, how to update agents and everywhere debug user-id. With their experiences hopefully be able to resolve this problem.

I'm not sure I follow your problem.

Are you saying that after the group membership change, you do see the correct user-id membership when you check debug user-id?

But the rule that the user-id should hit is not being hit but the final cleanup rule?

If that is the case, is it ONLY this new user change or ALL users in that group that fail to hit the rule?
