Userid-agent Showing machine name (not domain name)

Hi,

This morning our UserId agent started to showing machine name instead of domain users. So the rules with source any group wasnt working.

Here we can see how a user is showed, but suddelnly is showed machine name, and then user.domain.

Why agent is taking machine name, not domain user logon????

user should be "mydomain\james.wan"

I added the user bind with AD in the UserID agent config, and now the user is being showed properly (domain\name).

Why is happening this?

I'm going to take a guess that you either updated to 8.1.0 or updated the user-id agent itself?
