Hi Longwave!
Your SSLVPN rule will be as any other firewall rule in Palo Alto.
Create an rule with source of the IP range of SSLVPN or it's Zone and the destination of the Trust Zone.
Preferable you create an new tunnel interface for SSLVPN and put it in a new zone instead of Trust Zone as I have seen some documents recommend.
