Hi,

Actually it's bug 67246 and the issue will be solved in panos 6.0.5.

Grts

Hi,

To confirm the bug's effect: if you edit a rule with multiple tags in the GUI these tags disappear?

Do you know if bug 67246 applies to Panorama as well?

I'm due to upgrade a Panorama system from 6.0.3 to 6.0.4 this evening - I would like to know if this is a bad idea 😉

Thanks,

aid

Yes, it is in Panorama 6.0.4 as well. If you only use one tag in a policy this does not affect you.

However, when you add two or more tags and click OK to save the policy all is fine until you edit the rule again (by clicking on the name of the rule). Then in the opened window the tags are gone and you need to add them again. To workaround this you could create the rule with multiple tags once and then only edit the different columns by clicking on the column to edit the settings, not on the rule name anymore.

That is the bug # assigned on my case.  We have requested hotfix on 6.0.4.

Did you get a hotfix version 6.0.4-H?

Not yet, you should be able to refer to the bug # and ask for the hotfix1 when it is release.

6.0.4-h2 is released.

Is the user-id bug with hyphens also fixed? How is this available, only on tac case?

Typically hot fixes are only available with a TAC case to verify the issue is on your system.

TAC cases are also the best way to be notified of a pending hot fix.
