Hi Team,
We have issue with the Videos playing in Normal browser. But it works fine with the Incognito Mode. This traffic passes through the Prisma and i dont see any issues as such which could relate this issue. Any one faced this weird issue before, if yes please suggest the solution you implemented to get through this?

Hi @Sanjay_Ramaiah ,
This is likely a browser issue. Can you try clearing your Cookies and other site and Cached files in the normal browser?

@JayGolf forgot to update it works once or twice with the cache cleared as well. After that again same issue.
So i suspect something to do with the Browser itself, any other thoughts on this?

I wanted to reply to this post because we just performed an upgrade to our Prisma Cloud Version from 32.01.128 to version 32.03.125 and the Chrome browser stopped working unless we use incognito mode. Any update on this issue?
