What does ch mean in PA-VM-SaaS-10.2.4-ch171.saas? I think h is a hotfix, but I don't know what c means.

this is the SaaS versioning of PAN-OS. They follow a slightly different release schedule on minor updates (mostly compatibility etc with the cloud provider). i.e. you will always see a -chxxx in the SaaS VMs
