If this is reproducible consistently i will request you to open a case with the support. So we can investigate the root cause of the issue.
Also if you have steps on reproducing it, i will appreciate if you can share that with us.

I am not sure what OS version you are on and what browser you are using to access it. There was a bug which has been fixed in 5.0.5 and 5.1.1.
Bug 49171: Access to the firewall’s web interface was not available from Internet Explorer 7. The issue has been resolved with this release.
