This is absolutely ridiculous. Since when does it such a hassle to open a simple case? Do I need to get rid of my PA devices and move to a different platform?

Never mind, I found it in small print at the very bottom of the search results page. It should be right in the support home not hidden three or for pages in. Not sure what types of support calls PA gets but when I need to open a case, it's typically an emergency and the longer it takes the more downtime/$ loss our company incurs.
