What is the difference between Premium Support License and Standard for PA-820

I am trying to find out the differences in Premium versus Standard Support licenses for our PA-220s.  I was able to find a doc for Premium, no luck with Standard.  Please advise

I was looking for the same thing.  I found a support matrix that includes Standard on this page,
