Hi,
I need to allow calls via WhatsApp but deny the use of video calls.
Is there a way to do it?

You could create two security policies. The first policy would be an app-based rule allowing whatsapp. I would check the applipedia
and test out the apps to see how granular you can get with only allowing whatsapp video. The second policy you can try specifying a deny rule for apps with sub-category "voip-video".
