XML API operational for specific zone??

How can I run XML API for a single zone.

And is there a way to do it periodically with some tool

So in your example, if you wanted to look at it for a single zone you would just do something like this assuming that you had an 'untrust' zone. 

<show><zone-protection><zone>untrust</zone></zone-protection></show>

Thanks @BPry  I figured out later and was doing the same thing but at that for some reason it was not working in browser at that time.
