Cannot log into global protect, testing configuration on EVE-NG

So this im trying to log into global protect and for whatever reason no matter what i do i just cant login and i keep getting "Matching client config not found"

 

Ive searched all over regarding this error and havent found anything useful that would fix this issue.

 

Im trying this from a windows 10 pc, GP client is 6.1.4-711

Palo sw version - 10.2.5 eval

I get the above error after i enter the credentials of the user which i have allowed in the auth profile.

Let me know if i need to post more screenshots.

 

I dont know what else to check, everything seems correct.

Also i do get the same error even when i change the login to use just local account.

 

What is going on? I am at my wits end here, just trying to do some Global Protect labbing and this just wont work!!

Thanka for your reply, I did find the first kb at one point but yeah I don't think I ran the ad command on the Palo, will need to look at the 2nd link as well.
