cannot transfer data from McBook to iPhone via Airdrop

My customer inform me that they cannot transfer data from McBook to iPhone via Airdrop when GP connect. How to solve this problem

This is expected when GlobalProtect is active if you're sending all traffic through the tunnel or otherwise have disabled local network access, along with Continuity and Handoff functionality being affected. This is the same for any VPN provider such as AnyConnect. The fix would be disabling this functionality, but I would caution that you'd really want to think about all of the ramifications of doing so.

 

Also as a side note, I wouldn't run 6.1.0 in a production environment. 6.1.1 is the preferred release and I'd highly recommend looking at 6.1.2 even with it being a newer release that hasn't earned preferred status yet.
