Hi! I have been trying to connect my laptop for a couple of days now and have contacted many support systems through my school to try and help me and nobody seems to know the issue. It seems that the vpn installs correctly, but it will not connect. Each time it says "cannot connect"

Thanks for reaching out! Since this appears to be a school-managed VPN, this may be something your school’s IT team would need to investigate from their side.
About the best thing you can do as an end user is share the exact error message and, if possible, the GlobalProtect client logs with your support team. That should give them a better idea of why the connection is failing.
At the user level, the main things to confirm are that the app installed correctly, you are using the right portal address, and your login details are correct. If all of that looks right and it still says “cannot connect,” your IT team will likely need to review the logs and configuration.
