Global Protect Failed Service Running

User got a problem when running global protect vpn at home, and i trying to reinstall, but service could not connect global protect service, I am trying update  OS Windows driver but nothing  happen, I need your support ho to fix it, thank you.

I know one or more KBs from the July 2024 Patch tuesday caused SAML issues.

Don't stare yourself blind on the DEM message, DEM is a (digital experience management) plugin and is not needed for VPN access

Do you have split tunneling in place? gpfltdrv.sys is used for split tunneling

 

what other symptoms do you see ?

I was trying install new version Global Protect but service can't running on Windows 10 22H2, I am search service system on Windows but not found. where do you think the error is?

did you install the correct image 32 bit, 64 bit, ARM,.... ?
