Hi Everyone, One of our MAC OSX users is unable to connect to GP, it is giving the error " portal certificate is not signed by a certificate of authority" although it has been added as Always Trust. Please advice

@osaman,

Apple requires that certificates not exceed a validity of 397 days to be considered valid certificates. That's always the first place I'd look if you have reports of issues with certificates on an Apple device.

 

Also to be clear, when you say "one of" do you mean that only a single user is having this issue, or is all of your users running macOS encounter this issue?
