Microsoft April 2023 Patches Appears to Break GlobalProtect 6.0.3-38 x64 on Win10 22H2 x64

Hello, im sure there is a document somewhere on how to do this but I cant seem to find it. We have a requirement to ensure our users are on the most current version of GP.
