Hi anyone,
Can the Palo Alto send OTP to SSL VPN authentication with email like a Fortigate devices ?

No that service is not provided by Palo Alto. we currently use SecurEnvoy for OTP/GlobalProtect but there are many vendors providing similar OTP/MFA services that can be included in an authentication profile.
