We are using third party SD WAN and all ISP terminated on this device then how I can configure global protect on PA

Like you would normally; the fact that you have your ISP connections terminating on your SD-WAN appliance doesn't really change anything with the GlobalProtect configuration itself. You'll just need to ensure that your SD-WAN appliance is actually capable of getting the traffic to your GlobalProtect Portal/Gateway once you have it configured. From a purely configuration standpoint on the firewall, you'll be able to follow any of the guides that exist.
