Hi,
We have 9 terminals with android version 12. We install the GlobalProtect all working good but ...

How to avoid when restarting the terminal to tap connect in application ?

Why doesn't the app do this automatically?

I'd like to avoid that.
Thanks

Whats the connect method the device is getting from the GlobalProtect portal? If you have it set to user-logon always-on that should have the device connect automatically and not have to worry about tapping connect.

Thank you for your reply, can you give me a screenshot of where this settings is located?
We use Palo Alto PA-220

Thanks

Under the "Network" tab, then on the left hand side under GlobalProtect select the portal, then go to "Agent" then "App" and its the first configuration listed under the app tab. If you are running a Pan-os prior to 10.0 it will look visually different but should still be the same steps.
