Hello All,
I've got one PC out of a couple dozen, that's experiencing this issue.
Details: The end-User works remotely 90% of the time from his home office; using the GP app (64bit version 6.1.4-711) every day. Once a week he comes into the main office. (He doesn't need to use the GP app in there). All is well/normal in both environments related to the GP app.
However, when he returns to his home office after a day of working in the main office, he fires up his PC and attempts to connect to the VPN (as normal), he then discovers the app is missing from his tray (hidden icons list). He then finds when using the Windows Search option, the app does not appear.
After he alerted me to this for the first time; I connected to his PC and discovered the app was also not showing up in the Windows Programs list. The app has been un-installed automatically.
To solve this the app has to be completely re-installed.
It remains in place until he moves from one LAN to another LAN again.
After dealing with this a couple of times and scratching my head, although not seeing any alerts related to this within our SentinelOne environment; I created an "exclusion" in SO to ignore the GP app. That didn't solve it.
I'll stop my novel here. I think you get the gist of the case.
Does anyone have experience/advice on this?
Thanks in advance. Cheers!

Even I don't see such issue, if I can't find why and who uninstall GP app, I would protect it from uninstallation by password:

To try to figure out who uninstall GP app, you might able to find any hint from event viewer.
