I'm giving the 6.2 client a spin on Ubuntu 22.04 and when using scaled screen resolution (fractional or otherwise) The UI becomes garbled.
This is also the case for the new popup when deploying client certificates and the user is prompted for a password.
Is this a known issue? I'm not sure if this is/was an issue in earlier versions. I only noticed it as I'm testing on a new laptop that has a high dpi display.

Yup.
I've experienced this on higher resolution screens (or those with aspect ratio other than 16:9), the UI does not appear attached to the panel icon and/or "garbled".
Regarding the window placement, I think some value must be hardcoded to simulate it being attached to the panel, but for "non-standard" screen resolution and aspect ratio, this falls flat on its face.
