i've configure idle timeout (10 minutes) on globalprotect gateway, but it's doesn't work.
Can't you help me please about this case ?

Better try "Disconnect On Idle" as the timeout is for keepalives(HIP checks) not being send.

I also found another person with similar issue and better check if something like email client on the computers is not constantly sending data:

i've follow the step, for some user it's work, but there are also some users that idle time out is not running.
