URL mapping or forwarding in Palo Alto Firewall via GP

I am faceing issue to access URL . via Global proctect  traffic is not flowing 

Please note : we are using split tunnet Palo alto to AWS

We have few users who complain that it takes few tries to connect to GP 5.2.5.

We are running PAN OS 9.1.8

Firewall does not show any logs for failed attempts.

I would like to inquire about your roadmap for Ubuntu LTS versions support? At the moment, the last update to your Linux app was in early 2020. This version is not working properly with Ubuntu 20.04. The same goes for the new Ubuntu 22.04

Global Protect - valid certificate client is required

all of a sudden at the beginning of this week, our Global protect clietns have been failing with "valid certificate client is required"

the environment is set for machine cert auth (windows adcs)

I am trying to use Global Protect VPN on my Linux Machine (Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS).

GP clien window size

I have a bit annoing behavior afte add hardware 2FA to GP. Client windows is not scalable and not possible is scroll text in window. In effect I'm not able to chose 2FA method  Only hardware key is working. Is possible to unlock sizing or scrolling

We recently installed a new Domain Controller and can't get the Global Protect VPN client LDAP authentication to work. We have tried everything we can think of and would like to know if anyone else has had this issue and could assist with a solution.
