PAN OS 9.1.17 Global Protect Issues

I upgraded from PAN OS 9.1.14 to 9.1.17 on Dec 27, 2023

 

Ever since the upgrade, I have random users that cannot connect through VPN GP at the first time. Some users experience connect disconnect issues as well. Some users are working just fine.

 

We have different GP versions from 5.1 to 6.0 to 6.2 - all have shown the same problem.

 

We authenticate with LDAP and have a pre-logon setting on the remote end.

 

I am just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same. I do have a ticket open with PA- Waiting for response.

My customer had the same issue.

I had to roll back the firewall to 9.1.16.

Thanks I also downgraded to 9.1.14-h7- Issue solved
