Hello everyone,
the company I work for has decided to adopt GlobalProtect VPN, working in smart working when from home I try to connect via my company DELL PC to the wifi network of a FRITZ!Box 5690 Pro modem the VPN tries to connect, it succeeds and I notice that it connects with the "SSL" protocol instead of "IPSec" notifying me that the connection quality could be affected and after a few minutes the PC disconnects from the network and the modem restarts
On the modem I tried to enable ports 443 TCP and 4501 UDP and also to connect via extender and third-party router, but the problem remains.
Could it be that I need to perform some other action on the indicated modem?
Many thanks to anyone who can help me.

Hi @Erik01 ,
So you tried two routers and they both reset on you while connected to GlobalProtect? What type of router is the other one you tried?
Id recommend checking your fritz box and making sure your firmware is up to date or reaching out to support and sharing your symptoms.

Hi,
I tried to connect a Netgear WR1000v3 router by connecting it to the modem, the result was that the PC disconnected and the main modem rebooted.
I tried to contact AVM but according to them the modem has no problems as no configuration is necessary, this problem is the first time it has arisen and according to them the VPN should work.
Thank you very much
