Stuck on connecting/still working after installing GP

Hi,

 

I am stucking on the connecting/ still working phase after put in the portal.

 

Portal has no status show. 

I am running on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2, GP version 5.2.4-21

 

 

Please let me know if there is any other info would be helpful to provide here.

Hi @bin396303984 ,

 

As far as I know GP 5.2 is end-of-life for a while now. 

I'd recommend switching to a supported version.

You'll likely find more information in the panGPS debug logs as to why is failing:
