Some users experience problems with the connection - the VPN looks connected but every request ends with a connection timeout until the VPN is restarted.
The VPN looks connected but every request ends with a connection timeout until the VPN connection is restarted and the problem repeats after a while.
I already got "globalprotect collect-log" but I'm not sure, how to debug or where to find this type of issue. At first sight, there was nothing related to the issue when I went through the log files.

Hi @Witten ,
Check PanGPS.log and PanGPA.log.
You might also want to increase the log level to debug-level to make them more verbose.
