Hello TEam,

 

I am getting critical logs :-

Failed to send: file \'PA_x.x.x.x.x.x_dt_10.2.3-h9_xxxxxx_1230_1-hr-interval_HOUR.tgz

 

once i checked i found below articles.

i gone through the command details and found exact issue :-

i would like to know if i run the command :-

 

 > request certificate fetch

will it impact my production..

 

However checked in certificate path there is no certificate over there.

 

Kindly suggest the solution.

That command just asks the management plane to reach out to Palo to grab a device cert . This cert is used for various Palo services such as telemetry and url db updates. The command, and cert fetch, by itself wont impact anything. The only thing to be mindful of would be incase you arent getting URL updates and a URL categorization changed since youre last update.
