Downgrade the feature version from 11.1.4-h7 to 10.2.13-h10 in HA mode

I am having 2 PA-445 and both are in HA mode.

I want to downgrade the feature version from 11.1.4-h7 to 10.2.13-h10 in HA mode. Please help me with the steps.

Do I need to downgrade phase wise or I can directly downgrade to target version?

You can downgrade directly to 10.2.13-h10 from 11.1.4-h7

I tried to downgrade directly to 10.2.13-h10 from 11.1.4-h7 but it failed. PFB the image for the reference.

Hi @robin.singhal ,

The PA-445 does not support PAN-OS 10.1.
The earliest supported PAN-OS version for PA-445 is 11.0.

as mentioned by @kiwi , the PA-400 platforms do not support 10.2. the lowest major version you can downgrade to is 11.0
