Hi there,
just got my new HA pair of two PA-440's up and running. I noticed a strange thing, the logging tab is empty, what's the cause of this?
Btw, the cli shows logs via "show log traffic direction equal backward dst in x.x.x.x"
Thx
Daniel

I could fix it. Normally we log everything to panorama. The PA-440 is replacing the old PA-220 and the configuration has been migrated to the new pair.
After changing for one security rule the log setting (Log Forwarding) to "IoT Security Default Profile", all logs showed up in the logging page and are still shown after switching back to panorama as log destination.
All good now.
Thx for the hint into the right direction.

Daniel

Hi @Netzer ,
Looking at the screenshot it seems as if your page just isn't loading properly.
Even if there are no logs to show, the page should still show you the correct format with all the columns at the top of the page (see screenshot).
Did you try different browsers ?
Are you seeing the same behavior on all the monitor pages or just on traffic logs (Threat, URL Filtering, GlobalProtect, etc ...) ?
Have you tried restarting the device or restart some of the services (mgmtsrvr, websrvr, logd) ?
If the problem persists, try getting the GUI debug logs to see if you can identify the problem.
You can follow the following KB to collect the GUI debug logs:

Kind regards,
-Kim.

I tried different browsers, the other logging pages work fine. I also restarted both systems but it makes no difference, the problem appears on both boxes in the cluster.
Via web debugging I cannot see an error but the browser console (F12) shows some errors while entering the traffic log page:
Uncaught TypeError: this.colModel.config.findLastIndex is not a function
