Hi,
I saw this alert on our corporate firewall ; 'Failed to convert SAML message payload into xml tree', as a high level,
Is there anyone to explain what this means and what this situation effects to our SAML vpn configurations?

From the name of the alert, It makes me think that there might be an issue with the SAML assertion (XML that contains auth status) that is sent to your firewall from your IDP. What symptoms are you experiencing? Are you getting redirected to login? But auth ultimately fails? I'd double check the IDP server profile and IDP settings.
