Slow Internet upload behind PA-850

L0 Member

Hi,

Background :

We have a pair of a HA PA-850 attached to a 200/200 Mbps Internet line

When we do the speedtest direct attach to the service provider's CPE, we can get 179/190

Then we gone through another test behind the HA pair , the speed drops to 177/47 (there is no other equipment connected for the time being)

We have cross-check:
1. the link settings is matching the service provider CPE options

2. there is no link limit in place

Another idea what may lead to the drastic drop for upload speed ?

Thanks,
JT

depends how the test is performed, is it multichannel or a single connection, tcp, udp or icmp?

have you tried disabling security profiles or applied an app override? did you check global counters to see if there are malformed packets being discarded ?

turns out to be a template override with a QoS rate control matching all traffic
