Any idea on how to troubleshoot this?

This command does not work on a Virtual Panorama running Panos 10.1.10, thru SSH.

Any ideas on how to run it properly ?

I'm getting error with this command:

 

santonic@xxx-xxx(active)> request logging-service-forwarding customerinfo fetch

Server error : Unable to write the Logging Service customer information to disk
